Hi Visal
It is either Sri Lanka white-eye(Zosterops ceylonensis) or Oriental white-eye(Zosterops palpebrosa). Sri Lanka white eye which is endemic to Sri lanka can be distingushed from Oriental white eye by its comparatively large size, heavier bill(Oriental white eye has narrow bill), Dark green upper plumage instead of pale yellow green of oriental and most prominent feature of wide gap at front of white eye-ring which is narrow of oriental white eye. Base on above features my suggestion is it is Sri Lanka white eye which is confine to higher hills comaparing to rather islandwide distributed oriental white eye.
