This looks like Plain-tailed wrens, however i am not sure as this picture is very small. Put some more pictures if possible,

This looks like Wedge Tailed Eagle. It is widely found in Shri Lanka. These eagles are larger than any other raptors apart from some vultures.

These are Golden-crowned Kinglet.  Very small, warbler-like bird, olive-green to gray upperparts and pale breast.

You are right,  It is a small passerine bird found across the tropical Shri lanka  Subcontinent with populations showing plumage variations

I think this bird is Heron or small Crane, Yest i am not able to decide about this  Undecided

I think it is Tufted Titmouse. It is a small gray bird with very sweet voice.
